I was buying a plot in Jhajjar and the seller had all the documents in order — or so it appeared. Shulyn’s documentation desk pulled the approved layout-cum-demarcation plan from the authority and matched my specific plot number against it.

That is a basic step and almost nobody does it. It confirmed the plot, the size and the road it fronted, all against the authority record rather than against the seller’s brochure.

They also confirmed the completion certificate position before I paid the token. That is the difference between buying land and gambling on it.
