We are not the promoter, developer, builder or owner of any project listed on this website. We act as an intermediary and advisor between you and the promoter or seller.

Any agreement for the purchase, sale or lease of property is between you and the promoter or seller directly. We are not a party to that agreement and do not guarantee its performance.

Prices, areas, layouts, specifications, amenities, possession dates and availability shown on this website are indicative, sourced from the respective developers, and subject to change without notice.
