Shulyn Realty Private Limited is a company incorporated in India, operating from 43, Ground Floor, JMD Megapolis, Sohna Road, Sector 48, Gurugram, Haryana. We act as a channel partner for a panel of real estate developers.

When you submit an enquiry, register as a channel partner, apply for a role or subscribe to our newsletter, we collect the information you provide: your name, mobile number, email address, the city and budget you are searching in, your timeline, and any notes you add.

When you use this website, we collect standard technical information: your IP address, browser type and version, device type, the pages you visit and the time spent on them. This is used in aggregate to understand which content is useful.

If you proceed to a transaction with us, we collect the documents required for that transaction — identity proof, PAN, address proof, income documents for loan processing, and property documents. These are collected only when the transaction requires them.

To respond to your enquiry and provide the advisory service you asked for. This includes calling you, sending project information, and arranging site visits.

To process a transaction: sharing your details with the relevant developer to register your booking, with lenders to process a loan application where you have asked us to, and with the sub-registrar for registration.

To send you market updates and new project information, where you have consented to receive them. You can withdraw that consent at any time.

To meet our legal and regulatory obligations, including record-keeping requirements under applicable real estate and anti-money-laundering law.

We share your contact details with a developer only when you have asked us to register your interest or booking in their project. We name the developer before we do so.

We share information with lenders only when you have asked us to run a loan application, and only with the specific lenders you agree to.

We use third-party service providers for email delivery, CRM hosting and analytics. These providers process data on our instructions and are contractually bound to keep it confidential.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other brokers, data aggregators or lead-generation platforms. Ever.

By submitting an enquiry form on this website you consent to be contacted by us by phone, SMS, WhatsApp and email in connection with that enquiry. This consent overrides any registration you hold on the National Do Not Call or National Do Not Disturb registry, for the purposes of that enquiry only.

You can withdraw this consent at any time by writing to us. We will stop contacting you within seven working days, other than where we are required to contact you in connection with a live transaction.

Enquiry data is retained for three years from your last interaction with us, after which it is deleted.

Transaction records are retained for eight years from the date of the transaction, as required under applicable tax and anti-money-laundering rules.

Newsletter subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe.

Data is stored on access-controlled systems with encryption in transit. Access is limited to employees who need it for your transaction, and every access is logged.

Physical documents collected during a transaction are stored in locked cabinets at the office handling the transaction and are destroyed at the end of the retention period.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach occurs that affects your data, we will inform you and the relevant authority as required by law.

You may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct anything inaccurate, ask us to delete data we no longer need to retain, or withdraw consent for marketing communications.
