We were downsizing from a house in Delhi and were nervous about apartment living. Shulyn showed us eleven apartments over five weekends and never once suggested we were taking too long.

The registry was handled entirely by their office. We signed at the sub-registrar and that was the extent of our involvement in the paperwork.
